maintenance execution case by wife

10-Feb-2026 (In Divorce Law)
I have 2 questions. 1. The court passed an order but I am not given a copy. My lawyer said execution order copy aren't given. Isn't it unlawful? 2. I was asked to pay from the date she filed 125 crpc. But judge refused to deduct the amount I paid her and the daughter between case file and the order date. Isn't it unlawful?

Hi. I hope you are doing well. So, regarding the legal issue posted, you can obtain the Certified copy of the Execution Petition and the entire Order Sheet as well from the Court. Further, payments already made are usually adjusted if a Memo of calculation is filed. The Order needs to scrutinsed for a conclusive opinion. Thank you. Have a good day.

Dear Sir, You need not panic. Any party to a case is entitled to apply for a Certified Copy of any order passed and/or copy of execution petition. You can then file objections enclosing the payment details which you have made during pendency of the case.
