Maintenance case for wife and childreb

I am fighting for maintenance case. I am a domestic violence case victim. My husband is trying to prove that I was happy in his place by showing few photos taken on birthdays. Will it affect my case in a negative way if I agree that I was a part of those celebrations

Dear Madam, You are entitled for maintenance and instantly interim maintenance provided you impress upon the Court by filing application under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code. Further, the photographs which were taken on birthdays does not help to your husband to deny maintenance.
