Hi,
Can ex-wife ask more money after mutual divorce saying earlier money given during mutual divorce is less? The ex-wife has mentioned in agreement that what ever she is receiving is full and final settlement and will not file any cases.

If the MOU is signed and the statement of parties in the first motion of mutual divorce is done, the wife can't claim more maintenance, as barred by the recent landmark judgement of Delhi High Court namely Rajat v. Rupali. You may consult me in that regard.
