Maintenace for the Baby Girl from the day she was born

For a FriendnBackground: Her husband filed the divorce immediately after our girl child was born and he abandoned us. He is working in a reputed company with pay more than 2 lakh per month. Our Lawyer suggested, to claim child support for my daughter from the day she was born, daughter is about 5 years now and going to schoolnReligion: Christianity RCnQuestion: what are all the parameters on which she can show the expense to the court from the day baby was born upto today. Please help us with your valuable advice

Madam, you can file maintenance suit before the court and seek for maintenance for children and you also, meanwhile, you did file the divorce suit or not, you have not elaborated, kindly contact further enquiry about family issues.

You have to first show convincingly first that the father was not taking care of the child's need right from the time of birth. Secondly to have to convince the court why you are asking for maintenance after 5 years. Parameters you can show as delivery related expenses, monthly feed and hygienic expenses, clothes, doctor visits - consultation - other medical expenses, growing up needs like toys and stationary, nanny - caretaker, playschool, etc etc
