maintenace case filed against me wa

i filed RCR against my wife but she did not come to court on hearing.but she filed maintenace case against me ..what should i do?

First of all you need to transfer your bank money to some other account and if you are the sole property owner of your family’s property then you have to disown yourself for some time. And as far as the RCR case is concerned you have to convince the court that she is avoiding the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
