Maintainence/Mutual divorce advice for husband

Married in 2021 to a doctor, and she left our marriage in a year(2022) after her undisclosed health issues caused loss of two children, hurted me by verbal and financial abuse. After leaving, my wife is filing multiple false cases seemingly for financial gain. Despite being doctor, she claims unemployed, seeking maintenance of 30k monthly or one time settlement 70L while refusing mutual divorce. I have monthly salary only,no assets. No child/joint properties. How to legally safeguard me here?
