Maintainance under domestic violence

07-Jul-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I had filed a dv and an expartee order was passed by the Judicial Mgst for maintenance for me and my child. It's been 4 months but my husband paid only once. On sharing the order with the head of his org ( army) they honoured the order and directed that the amount will be deducted from his payment everymonth. However he appealed against this in district court and court said that since he has agreed to pay voluntarily, it does not need to be deducted from his payment. Wht can I do? Challenge ths?

We need to see the papers and orders alongwith the full papers to advise in a perfect manner. however, you can always challenge the order, for the ends of justice. It is advisable to only challenge after going through the orders as to whether will it actually bring you gain if you challenge it.
