Maintainance for working wife

my wife is planning to file a DV case against me. She earns around 52k per month and i earn around 80k per month. she wants 31k per month and 20 lakh lumpsum. please advice will she be eligible for it?

Dear client if she file domestic violence case in court and ask maintenance then u provide her employment detail and salary slip in court. For lumsum amount she have to prove her case in court and it is not easy. For any legal help call me

she is definitely not eligible for it.....court will definitely not grant the above amount.... for that if possible please get the official records of her salary so that they will be an excellent evidence for the court ....maintenance is given only if the wife cannot upkeep or live by herself. So do not worry let her demand anything and that does not mean she will get it. please consult your local lawyer

If she is working then you need not pay her anything..
Even a single rupee...
Courts will not give her even a single rupee..
52k is more than enough for a female to survive and sustain..
Also do not pay any lumpsum amount also..
Courtals will not consider as she is financially stable and capable..

No not at all. she is not eligible for such maintenance\compensation provided you should have evidence to show that she is working with ex company either salary slip or her appointment letter or atleast the name of the company and address.
