Sir, in the mutual divorce which will be signed and filed by yourseld and your wife, the maintenance which is agreed and paid by you will be described as maintenance for the past, present and future. Once your wife signs the same she cannot go back in future and claim maintainence afresh. She will be bound by the clause she put in while getting a divorce that she has agreed for the sum as permanent alimony towards past, present and future maintenance.
