You can file a complaint before the police officials narrating the whole incident. you can also file a domestic violence complaint in the court and seek permission to enter into your matrimonial home. along with other reliefs..

It is moral as well as legal responsibility of the husband to give the rights to wife. These rights are right to residence and right to maintaince. You can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights .for more info contact me.
