Magistrate can give maintenance order without arguments stage??

My wife filed maintenance case in thiruvaiyaru court in Jun 2023, now almost one year completed, all the facts in her petition is contradictions, but still magistrate may give favourable order to her in petition side evidence stage, is that possible can magistrate pass maintenance order without respondent side evidence and arguments also pending

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, yes the magistrate has powers to issue a relief to the aggrieved party by directing you to pay an interim maintenance until the final maintenance is paid, you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you

your wife filed interim maintenance application if any..such Application magistrate passed interim maintenance order to favour of petitioner .you also approach high court for above order thank you
