Lost fee receipt of son school to provide in court

in shifting to another house I lost my son school fee receipts. 1 once only I've paid Online all is done cash payment. and not able to go back to ask school another one. Its urgent for me to submit in court and to my ex husband through mail. As he got access to my son only once he pay me maintenance and school fees I can allow him to meet. but because of loss of fee receipt how can I prove I've Paid all fees in court.

Dear Madam, You can file an affidavit stating the same that you have lost fee receipts which was paid in cash to the school of your son. It will be accepted by the Court otherwise your husband has to prove that he had paid the same. In the meanwhile apply to the school and get duplicate receipts.
