i need to file 4-5 applications in the family court and the high court My budget is 1k to 2k to file and finalise the draft per application , looking for an advocate in PHC Delhi and per appearance 1k. intern also pls contact

Yes...if you wish to file the application then you also need to get a affidavit prepared and get it attested by approaching the oath commissioner in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It depends on what kinds of applications you want to file. Some applications require detail and time to draft and can mostly be lengthy. While you can get many local counsels in PHC who will appear in 1 or 2k. Filing prices varies in the district and sessions court and in High Court. You can contact for discussing further.
