Hi,nI'm looking for a young competent lawyer who is familiar about maintenance related latest judgments and having experience on argumentsPlease note: I'll check the competence and then will decide the way forward. And that lawyer should be willing to travel at Haldia, West Bengal only during urgent matters.

I'm to my estimate is competent enough to deal with maintenance cases but the question is will my client be competent enough to hire me especially when it entails travelling outside kolkata. after going through your question and before answering your queries I would like to know that how can you check the competency of any lawyer and what is the definition of competency according to you , if you are asking about the competency of performance then it is okay but if you are asking about the competency of a legal knowledge then for that you need to have more knowledge of legal things then a lawyer. to be very Frank have you ever seen anybody who is incompetent and he state claims to be that.
