Looking for a Lawyer to file Criminal Contempt of Court Case

Hi, I am looking for an advocate to file Criminal Contempt Case against my husband and his lawyer. We have all the evidences to prove that they joined hands together and alleged to the judiciary.

which type of case was it and what happened in that case. Is the case decided or its still going on. when it came to your notice and what action have you taken so far with regard to this. let some more info be given

First of all I want to tell this is not criminal contempt. You need to discuss your case at lenght especially what type of evidence you have, then only I could tell you what next step you need to take.

A contempt case can be filed against the husband in case he presents false evidence or documents in the court of law along with supporting affidavits. This type of case can be filed in the same court where your divorce case is pending or the High Court of the concerned jurisdiction
