If the divorce by mutual consent is absolute and not mired in any conflict or controversy, then either party can get remarried immediately. There will be nothing to stop the party from getting remarried.

Once the court passes the divorce decree in a mutual consent case, the marriage is legally dissolved, and there's no provision for either party to withdraw their consent or challenge both parties are generally free to remarry.

Yes, after a mutual consent divorce order is pronounced, you must wait for the appeal period of 90 days to expire before remarriage, as per Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act. If no appeal is filed in that time, you can legally remarry.
