Legal separation from wife, facing many problems while living with her

1. I got married before 2.5 year. 2. She always fight with me over some issues like less package,small home, want to live without my parents etc. 3.my brotherinlaw wife also file a dowry case over my wife and my inlaws family. After that my wife start fighting with me. 4. I also take her in another home on rented home but again she fight with me and went to her home from last 4 months and said i beat her and file a case against me. I never hurt her but her parents brother and she make me fear of court. 5.my inlaws have fight between them long, after my brother inlaw marriage he also got fight with his wife ans she file a case against them of dowry.now my wife fight with me and said i also file a case against you and my family. 6. My inlaws complete family believe in jadu tona etc. So please guide me how could i get free from her legally sepration. My father is heart paitent i am also worry about them.
