legal rights of son in law who stays in wifes house

I m a hindu male and married to a punjabi girl, due to circumstances i stays in wife's house, my father in law has no son. as my wife is not ready to stay at my house, situation are getting worse and reached to divorce. I need advise about financial support as we both are working and earning. all the money i saved in last 10 yrs my wifes account and girl child account. what will i claim if i get seperated.
as far as money saved in your wife's account is concerned, you need to show in the court that the same has not been transferred in her account for her use. the money is yours and u saved the same for your own personnel use in future or need to show that the same was transferred in her account as a loan to her.
as far as money to your girl child is concerned, first of your wife is legal guardian of the account, then take injunction from court so that she does not withdraw the money. the money would remain that of girl child and would be used for the future of girl child. but it is essential as court can all you to provide for future Maintenance of the girl child and u can show your contribution for the child
