14-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband had an extra marital affair and got a child. I’m his legal wife and don’t want to live with him. But just thinking for the sake of my child. Please tell me what will be the legal issues the other lady can make for the support of her child. What are the rights they have on my husband. Please tell me all the points as it decides my life.

As far as the lady is concerned she has no any right as the legitimate wife entitles for. But the child can claim rights over your husband's estate as if he was born to your husband. To get further advice you can make a call to my number.

hello alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, for your clarity the other women shall not have any legal rights over your husband, and her child will however have rights over your husband's properties and assets, and you husband shall throughout be deemed as the legal father of the illegitimate child, thank you,you can contact me for further clarifications
