Legal remedy if husband threatening to file divorce petetion

I got married in 2016 feb i stayed with my husband in sister in law house up to april 24th.then got i convinced and moved my parents house.in sister in law house they torture me for property and gold in addition to dowry.i my husband did not come to see me and I filed case for counselling in police station after dat he came for 2 times.after delivery he did not come to see the baby now my baby is 9 months old .i went to husband house in 7 month they will allow me in 9 month but in this one month they sent me divorce notice stating dat i am not i adjust with sister in law and sister in law husband.i send sms to my husband long dat is Is ur sister daughter is ours daughter .with dat sms only he applied for divorce.with my pain and grief i put dat sms becoz he did not come to see baby for time and enjoying with sister and her daughter.i it possible to get divorce with that sms?

you can defend the case and do not seems to be a fit case for Divorce from the facts mentioned by you, however with out seeing the copy of the petition we cannot come to aconclusion.

Based on sms divorce cannot be granted so u convience panchayat with elders sit and talk so the issue would be solved further u have to get adjuated to them since ur husband will not come out first u go inside house and see how u can handle to come out as women have that power use it.
