Well, if your Wife by misrepresenting the facts before you got married with you, which misrepresentation includes not disclosing her proper Education details and as such, based on such trust which he gained via misrepresentation, that, she was highly educated and by merely relying on that fact, you got married, then, now today, if you want to get your marriage declared as null and void, you can do so by seeking a declaration from. Court or can seek a Divorce in alternative.
