Legal advice on court notice in Bangalore area

After file a case, we get a unique case num, with that we can check status in online only. For domestic violence case in Bangalore i got 1st hearing date after 45 days. But the status still showing “Issuse Notice to Respondent” in ecourt website. So how can i confirm that respondents will accept or refuse the notice. And how many days it will take for them to receive.

Dear Madam, Due to security and privacy of clients reasons the online display of family matters are not being correctly displayed. The same phrase may be displayed. Better go to the Court and check the original order sheet. You will come to know the status of the service in the open court or when you will check with the concerned clerk.
