Legal Advice Needed: Access to Child After Notice Threatening Allegati

The wife and son moved to her parents’ home. While the husband was waiting for them to return, he received a legal notice stating that the wife and child will continue living with her parents. The notice also warns that if he contacts them, he may face allegations of abuse or assault. How can the husband reunite with his son when the child has been influenced to stay with the mother?. Both the parents wants live with the child and there is absolutely no issue with husband that can be proved.

Dear Client…. As per your query wife and her son without left the matrimonial house…. Husband have full rights husband think wife will be influence over the child you can approach court to visitation right over the child… and also file a case of restitution of conjugal rights… or go and mediation centre for betterment….. if you need furthermore clarification or doubts please contact me at any time thank you…
