Legal action against wife's false allegations u/s 498A IPC for divorce

I am NRI living in Dubai got married three years back and bought my wife immediately after marriage with me in Dubai. After 1 year, we came to Rajkot for 1 month vacation. After 10 days, she fought with my mother and harmed her physically and went to her Parent’s home. After few days she had filed 498A and DV case against me, My parents and my sister. During this case, I tried lot to convince her that she did wrong and she should take it back. She agreed after 2 years and we both signed deed “Consent of Divorce” and she agreed that she will co-operate to quash FIR through High court. Please note that as I am declared absconder in this case we decided to file quashing petition to high court of Gujarat. Now, advocate need one affidavit signed by her for filing with petition and she is asking more money. We have already signed and notarized consent of divorce. - What course of action i can take against my wife as she is refusing to sign? - can i fight case with consent of Divorce ?
