Lack of affection in marriage/sleeping in another room/ secrets

Husband doesn't show any affection sleeps in another room never talks on phone in front of me. In front of others shows alls normal. Last year in April he and his elder brother his wife & her family planned 10th death anniversary of his Father whole village was invited for gaon bhoj but me &my family was not invited not even informed. I just knew he was going. He invited ex girlfriends family.Causing immense trauma. Don't know what to do

kuch misunderstanding hai to clear karne ki koshish Kare ,unke behaviour ka reason find out kare uspe work kare ,right bachaneka Pura try kare ,sab karke firbhi nahi workout hua to last me divorce to hai hi

what do you actually want? do you want to get separated or do you want to file a case against your husband? you can proceed with a DV case, if not, you can proceed with divorce. or you can do both simultaneously.

If you want to file a divorce petition you can file the same under the ground of mental cruelty. Before that if you want to try and go for mutual consent divorce you can send him legal notice for calling him to file petition for mutual consent divorce mentioning there upon your terms and conditions for filing said divorce petition. If you both agree on certain terms and conditions, you can go for mutual consent divorced. If not, you can contest the same.

Dear client, What you have mentioned as a series of events, amounts to cruelty on the part of your husband. Lack of affection, and lack of intimacy is a good ground for divorce, if you intend to seek it! But it’s unclear, as to what you intend to achieve?
