domestic violence case me husband aur unke ghar baalo ki taraf se w.s. diyaa jaa chukaa tha , ab evedence stage hai , question --- husband ke ghar baalo ki taraf se shaakshya shapath patra dena jaruri hai kya ? inke shakshy shapath patra nahi dene par koi galat order ho sakta hai kya ?

sakhsya sapath patra Jo bhi hai use de sakte ho Agar strong evidence hoga to wo aapke favour mien hoga aap dena chahe to de sakte hain domestic violence ke case mien baaki ke liye sampark kar sakte hain jab documents layenge to dekhooonga kya fact kiske favour mien ja raha hai
