judgement copy not received till date

on mutual divorce case uncontested judgmnet was issue by small cause court in ahmedabad on 24 July 2023but till date judgment copy not received. lawyer says it takes time for issue of judgment copy. it is more than a mnth passed but not getting reasonable answer from lawyer. I can give CNR number of case

You seem mistaken. divorce cases aren't heard and tried before Hon'ble Small Cause Court. CNR might be used directly in E-Courts Application by NIC. to check and verify status of the case. Family Courts, if any, may not upload all the orders but with CNR you can confirm the status at the least. your other details seem inappropriate. feel free to connect, if needed.
