Judge in charge is not effective

I have filed Mutual consent petition for divorce in March. Next hearing is September. I have filed for advance petition in April. May month was vacation. June month onwards no permanent judge. Judge incharge is coming once in a week and I was called for apperance in July month. Judge asked for other petitioner. I said she didn't come as she is very far. My advocate is dumb, not prompt and responsible. What should I do now ?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, kindly note do not affront advocates with such disparaging remarks, you can talk to them in person and find what the reason for delay is and further address the issue by speaking directly to the Hon'ble judge in the court proceedings and let them know of your grievance, thank you
