Judge asked to file a petition by next hearing

07-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed sec9 and I filed sec13 1ia. Court counseling failed. No kids. She filed a memo that to club both cases to close the cases ASAP. I signed no objection on that paper. Judge asked her lawyer to file a petition instead of memo. Is this basic process which her lawyer missed? Is this mind game that her lawyer played?

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
