Italian married to a indian citizen how to proceed for divorce now

I am an italian citizen married in india to an indian citizen. Me and my husband filed for amicable divorce and the court hearing is in november. Meanwhile he has changed his mind about divorcing and is harassing me daily. I am scared to go back to india for the hearing. What happens if i dont go? I need this divorce asap to go back to a normal life.
