Issue of Service in Court Means in Divorce Case

I checked my case status online, and it says 'issue of service in court'. What does this mean? How can I confirm if the respondent has received the notice and responded to my petition?

Issue of service means that a notice has been sent to the other party. During the next hearing, the court will confirm whether the notice about your case was sent to the respondent and if it was successfully received.
