Is wife has to give his husband salary details to lawyer to fight divorce case ? is there any way with the help of that we can find hi salary information ?

He will file his income affidavit and by that you ll get to known and if you are having doubt that he din’t disclose all the information file the application of section 340 Crpc in the court . Regards

If your husband is working in govt job then you can file RTI to get his Salary slip else you can’t get the same ! However during the Dv case you both have to file your income assets & expenditure form ! U need to hire expert advocate in this matter! B in touch
