Is Separate Application in GWOP needed to appoint Father as Guardian?

16-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Does the father have to file a separate Application in GWOP to be appointed as the Guardian of minor Boys aged over 9? Or does GWOP by default covers that and a separate application in it is not required?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, the father is the natural guardian of the minor, under the Hindu marriage act and the guardian and wards act, there is no necessity to file for a seperate application, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
