Is not having sex for past 3 years a ground for divorce?

A Hindu couple has been married for over three 1/2 years but have not had sexual relations for the past three years. Can the wife file for divorce?
Yes it can be the ground, you have to file petition under the provisions of the Hindu marriage act,1955. The not cohabiting for such long can be the ground. Detail consultancy can be given only after knowing entire facts.
