Need urgent help . Is major daughters eligible to get maintenance from father under Domestic violence act sec 20
Daughters are 28 and 22 years old with professional degrees.

Well, you may certainly seek maintenance under Sec. 125 CrPC, i.e., now Sec. 144 BNSS depending upon your marital status. Maintenance is not sought under Sec. 20 of the PWDV Act rather it is sought under Sec. 12. Your remedy lies under CrPc before the Principal Judge Family Court.
