Is it legal to run away with a girl when married and divorce applied

I am married for three years now. I love some other girl .she loves me too..she is engaged too . We are planning to run from the city. Is it legally alright? If I Apply for a divorce(not mutual) then what is the procedure and how much time will it take?
The Hindu marriage act 1955 in Section 13 in file devioce reason so filed devioce but when both पार्टी not agree to so not easily get devioce not properly time in getting her devioce. Without devioce you marriage with her that marriage is not vaid this is your wife.
