Is it legal to record telephonic conversation

24-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Currently a divorse case is running in the court. I want to know what's happening on the opposition side and if they are planning for any second marriage illegally. So, wanted to know if can obtain a legal permission to record the telephone conversations of the opposition party. so that I will come to know about their plans and also will have evidence to prove in the court if at all they go for second marriage before divorse case is over. Also want to know the procedure for getting legal permission for this telephone conversation recordings. Thanks.

In india its not possible to get permission to listen to other party conversation as it will affect his privacy, so court will not allow it for sure, and it is also illegal. If you want you can appoint private detective to enquire about your husband plans for second marriage
