is divorce from husband valid on 100 rs stamp paper?

I get divorce from my husband on 100 rs.Stamp paper before 1 year.It is valid or not.After divorce he is marry with other women.Is it ligal? I belongs to hindu community(SC).
As per law it is valid when it is registered or else u shd take a decree from court under Sec 13 B as it is important and in future it can help u as u said he got second married as if thr is clause in it ,as if it is not notary or registered than it is not valid.

The stamp paper divorce is not valid .next he remarried is not offence because you have permitted him to do whatever n now you cannot blackout of it . sc is Hindu by all means n are subject n part n parcel of Hindus n its law n as per Hindu law marriage cannot b dissolved by affidavit etc . for any more query feel free to call .
