Interm Maintenance petition, interm Maintenance petition

My Question is, I applied for divorce, so my respondent applied for interm maintenance but the judge is not listening at all in the court what's the husband says and ask me to pay 50% of my salary to my wife, I tried in all courts also even in supreme court also but no judge listen what I'm saying actually I'm working in Dubai as a blue collar job so I'm not paid any amount until now but the judge saying I will put arrest warrant and look up notice like that, so it will affect my work in Dubai?

hello, alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, once a maintenance is awarded you are ought to pay it since it's a decree of the court, failing to comply with the order, you will be deported to India and arrested since the court will now proceed with your arrest warrant and the same will be corresponded to Dubai embassy in India, it might jeopradise your future, however you can contest the maintenance awarded, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
