12-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is working and in DV CASE, intirim maintenance in favor of daughter was passed by the lower court. After I filed objection, Her intrim maintenance rejected statiing that daughter is not a party in case. Now she is moving higher court for appeal. There is Any citation or Rules is available that support if daughter is not party in case so no maintenance for daughter. any possibilities that she will get relief?

I understand your concerns, however before we proceed further we'd need more information from you regarding the case and the issue that has been going on.

I take it to understand that maintenance if being provided would be under a separate case and not a domestic violence case. How many proceedings are currently undergoing against yourself? Before we can challenge and defend you before the High Court we need clarity on the present position. Please contact for further details. We provide a one stop solution to all your legal needs and issues and would be glad to assist you in any manner we can. Hoping to hear from you soon.
