inlaws mistreating and calling bad

my inlaws have insulted me & my parents for money.husband doesnt talk to me nicely from initial days.elder family members have met & it was decided that things will be fine now.but still they mentally tortured me.now i am at my parents house.i have stopped picking his calls bcus he insults again and called my father.. insulted him also.we are all worried. what to do bcus i want divorce.they have ruined my life. please suggest.mutual is not possible but i cant live in hell

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you have lot of options from seeking divorce to maintenance. dowry act and domestic violence act plus right to live in husband house etc You can also seek help from police, women cell, women right organizations and national human rights commission.

firstly you take action against your inlaws and your husband for domestic violence file FIR mention all family member name and also file maintenance case after that you file Divorce case your inlaws and husband feeling under pressure they give easily divorce this suggestion is given by advocate Amarjeet Kumar
