If both of you are planning to settle the matter then it will not be a problem that can affect your job. It's advisable for you to draft a settlement deed and write down all the terms and conditions and after that she will withdraw the DV case. Also as there is no FIR then your PCC will be fine to switch jobs. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear sir It is imperative to know that the faster you settle the matter the better it is for you to avoid any complications with your job as it is a private one and you don't want the FIR to be lodged against you as even the district courts do not have the power to quash the FIR if lodged under Sec. 498A and you would have to approach the high court for that. I would advise you to take the matter to mediation by the help of an advocate expert in mediation skills. If you want you may seek my help regarding that. good luck!
