Do not file an Order 7 Rule 11 application—it is not maintainable in a maintenance case and will be dismissed. The correct approach is to file a detailed reply along with your income affidavit, specifically challenge her inflated income and expense claims, and simultaneously move an application seeking direction for production of supporting documents (ITRs, bank statements, salary proof, expense bill)

In this particular case an application under order 7 rule 11 won't be applicable you will have to appear and file your reply you will have to state that false information as one put by your wife Additionally what you should do is that you file an application stating that perjury has been committed by the party and hence she may be prosecuted

U appeared in the Next date of hearing before the court.. and also file ur reply where you rebut her contention. In reply you file your submission and documents against her. You also file application where you mentioned that her income is more and she is able to maintain her self as well as child.. file her job details and status and. Salary also

yes you must file an application of order 711 that the petition is not maintainable as it has been filed without any expense details or bills. such an application would dismiss the maintenance case filed by the wife on the first date itself

Greetings for the day, You must file your reply so that all of your objections are duly placed before the Judge in order for him/her to take an appropriate decision. In case of further assistance, feel free to contact.
