Impotent case filed by my wife

Last week I have gone through fertility medical test and the result was potent. Now my wife filed impotent case on me. Will judge consider my fertility test report or again I need to go for fertility test as judge order?

declining to take a medical examination will go against you in court. it would only go to show your guilt. where a charge of impotency has been made by wife, court will order a medical examination of the husband. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

As per my advice, Yes it will consider by the concerned court. Although you can file a defamation case against your wife also you can gave police complaint also in the concerned police station of defamation against you wife
