I'm in relation with other girl as I'm married

I am in love with a girl for 3 years but now she is engaged but I was not happy and neither is that girl happy, we still talk to each other day and night.But today I called the boy with whom she was engaged and told him that I am in a relationship with this person, I will marry her. But now the girl's parents are threatening me and saying that an FIR has been lodged against you. Now I need legal advice.

if you are hindu and as the girl and you both are major 18 and 21 years and if the girl is ready and its free consent you file petirion before the High Court concerned and the Hon'ble High Court give protection but before that you both have to execute an marriage agreement and do marriage in Mandir and get certificte from Arya Samaj andbif you both are Muslim perforam Nikha and get Nikhmanama form the Qazi and then file petition before cincerned High court of meet somelocal lawyer of your area.. if you from Jammu you can contact me also..
