I'm fighting 498A&DVC against my wife. I filed Divorce upon knowing her adultery and she initated 498A,506(1)&DVC Cases against me. it's been 3 years cases are running, no one is appearing in court. I am appearing for every hearing and keeping the case active. Now she came to my workplace to meet my manager in Malaysia. I came to know that she is also working in Germany now. Is there any provision in law to request court to ask her passport copy to justify she is absconding from trial
