I'm a widow last year my husband got expired..I don't want to stay with my in-laws as they treated my husband very badly and treating me bad as well and my father in law is alcoholic as well My in-laws forcefully taking my son from me he is 9 years old and want to stay with me..and also I want all my belongings which my parents gave them on my marriage.I have a job and I can take care of my son..and my father in law is unemployed his earnings came from his son who is in London..I have a question if I file a case of my child custody...how much chances that I won the case

there are very bright chances of success in your child custody case, you can also claim your belongings as well as your husband's property from your in-laws. please provide more details for better legal advice.
