Hi All.... If wife presents wrong facts in 125 maintenance case in how much time wife maintenance case will dismiss.Can husband still bound to pay interim and permanent maintenance to wife in 125 maintenance case based on wrong facts and information.

as per your query...maintenance case is only help to maintain your wife ...if any type of fact which is mention in plaint ...you will give written reply with all fact...need more help ...contact with advocate with all documents
