If wife living separate , cruel and able earn eligible for maintenance

Hi All... If wife living separate from husband , not look after husband and his parents , cruel always quarrel and abuse , able to earn can eligible for maintenance and alimony from husband how husband prevent wife maintenance and alimony.

If the wife is living separately without any rhyme and reason and able to earn and thus maintain herself then she is not entitled for any maintenance. The other ground on which any wife can be refused maintenance is if she is living in adultery.
