If wife living in adultary in name of cousins brother.. what should I

My wife living with her cousin brother .she is government employees as staff nurse in government hospital.can i complaint authority regarding this..how. she not allowing to meet my children i hv one daughter and one child...i file child custody case.his cousin brother is alcoholic and already he married..but due to alcoholic his wife and relatives.what should i do

Living with a cousin is not illegal and no departmental complaint lies without proof of service misconduct. Your remedy is to file custody/visitation under Guardians & Wards Act, stressing children’s welfare and denial of access.
